After you request a Kansas City moving price

What we do with the form

• Read both ZIPs — local or not, which side of the metro
• Read the date against the board — weekend vs weekday
• Read size, help, and the awkward list for crew
• Ask for photos if the stair or the drive is missing — photos that get a written price
• Write a number, or write the next question

From [$XXX] an hour for two movers and a truck. Most local moves land between $1,200 and $1,500. Full packing can reach $3,000 to $4,000. Those bands are already on what a Kansas City move costs and what changes the price. Your form puts you on one side of the band. It does not invent a new one.

What we may still ask

Stairs, lift, floor. Where the truck sits. HOA windows. A piano, safe, hot tub, pool table, or china cabinet you left off the list. Furniture that will not turn — furniture that will not turn. Kids or pets on the morning — kids and pets. What is not coming — what you are not taking.

If you need us this week, that is a board question — same-day and short notice. If you have four weeks, use them — the four weeks before you move.

When the day is yours

When we say the crew is placed. Not when you hit send. Not when you see a number in email. If the Saturday you wanted is gone, we will say the next day that still has the people. We will not hold two full crews for one house without saying so.

Labour only and packing are the same rule: the line items you booked are the line items we staff. Packing per box: standard $10–20, wardrobe $25–30, dish pack $30–40. Houses and apartments, offices, cleanouts, appliances — pick the job you actually have.
