The visitor bay is the truck sit

Most of our week is houses and apartments across the metro. Town homes where the truck cannot get closer than the visitor bay are normal, not a surprise add-on. A longer carry changes the price. We will say so rather than reverse a 26-footer into a row of mailboxes.

Lee's Summit and Blue Springs new builds use visitor bays and HOA slots together. Kansas City condos downtown-adjacent are more lift than bay. Independence and Raytown older stacks are often stairs and a street sit. Same crew. Different path.

Not a walk-up — unless the lift is out

A booked freight lift is not a Brookside third-floor walk-up. When the lift is out, it is. Tell us. The walk-up method is walk-up apartment moves. Do not write “condo” and mean three flights with no elevator.

Garage under the living room
