What we need to know
- Size of the tub, if you have it — a photo from the side is enough
- Empty or still full — it needs to be empty
- The path: gate width, slope, steps, fences, overhead lines
- Where it sits now and where it is going — pad, deck, or dirt
- Whether the rest of the house is moving the same day
If the access is a side gate and a slope, say so. We would rather plan it than discover it with the tub in the air.
Empty first
We do not tip a full tub. Drain it. Disconnect what you can, or tell us what is still live. Hookup at the other end is not a spa installation we invent on the day — we set it where you point if the path allows. A plumber for the new pad is on you unless we agreed it in writing.
The path is the job
Decks, privacy fences, and a 36-inch gate are the usual Kansas City combination. What if I also have a piano that day?
